What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive, and you will not find prices better than mine that provide service, communication and equipment included. If so, I will match it with proof of Quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will introduce myself via phone or video call, get to know a bit about you, get information about the event, answer any questions, and Communication. I will over communicate to ensure that the event exceeds expectations
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience, and learning from the biggest DJs in the DMV.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The love of music, and the joy of entertaining others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All ages and generation ranging from 6-70+
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be reasonable with asking prices. Consider the work, time and location it takes to prepare for an event.
